You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by actual weight of your goods plus $1.50 for supplies. UPS shipments go out every weekday and we try to make a post office (USPS) run 3-4 times per week. Whenever possible we try to have orders processed and out the door with the same day they are placed, but sometimes may they may take 3-4 days depending on how busy we are.
Some things that may hold up your order include:
Payment with an eCheck. PayPal's terms and conditions state we are not to ship out any orders paid via eCheck until they have cleared through the band. In the USA this usually takes 3-4 business days. It can take up to 10 business days from overseas banks.
Selecting "Money Order" as your payment method will ensure that your order does not ship out until after we receive payment. Unpaid orders will be voided if payment is not received within 10 days or initial placement.
Sending a check for your order will most likely result in it being sent back. We've been burned by bad checks too many times in the past that we will no longer accept them unless you're one of our regular customers.
Regarding T-Shirts & Media Mail:
USPS Media Mail is intended for sending audio, video, and most printed medium. We can NOT ship T-shirts via Media Mail. If you order a T-shirt and select Media Mail for delivery we will have no choice but to refund all or part of your order. T-shirts CAN be sent all other methods of USPS and UPS delivery.
